- Visualize ALL your tasks at once on a two-dimensional space (the "task floorplan")
- It can be very helpful to assign and track priorities. You can click and drag tasks to different positions on the floorplan.
- Task slots are arranged by priority, from left to right and top to bottom. The number in the lower-left corner of each task represents its priority level.
- How to reorder Tasks by using drag-and-drop: - Hover your mouse pointer over a task and click and hold the left button. - Drag the task to the desired location. - A thick blue border will appear around the task, indicating it's ready to be dropped. - Release the left button to drop the task. - The Task Floorplan will automatically reorganize itself and adjust to the new task position.
- You can edit your tasks by right-clicking on them or using the toolbar at the bottom of the window. "Project Status" displays the status for the whole project.
- Fell free to try the different color themes, until you get the one that can please your eyes the most.
